This item is a variety of mixed tiny crystals, including Quartz and Rose Quartz 15.2g. I can also spot Amethyst, Citrine and a tiny specimen of a red crystal that could be Ruby or Garnet. It might be something else. I am pretty sure it is not Cinnabar. Some are tumbled and others are natural crystals.
