Rocks and Things Store is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act). We collect personal information about our customers, members, suppliers, contractors, job applicants and other contacts to understand and meet their needs, to sell our crystals and other products, provide services and meet our legal obligations.
The types of personal information we collect includes contact information (such as your name, address, email address and telephone number), your newsletter preferences, comments you submit using our website or connected social media and any feedback that you provide to us about our products, services, or website.
We do not ask for any sensitive information.
Rocks and Things Store also collects information about visitors to our website using web analytics provided by third party service providers such as Google Analytics. These services use cookies to understand how visitors use our website. We do not use this information to identify particular individuals.
We may also use the Google AMP Client ID API or similar products offered by Meta (Facebook) and other internet companies to follow the interactions of each visitor to our site. Rocks and Things Store may disclose your personal information to third parties such as our external service providers, including Shopify, that provide our website hosting and website store.

A response to your complaint will be provided in writing within a reasonable period.
