Refund policy
We will refund your purchase if you are not 100 per cent satisfied with your item(s).
Please contact us within 30 days from when you receive your order.
We refund the full purchase price of the item only. We cannot refund any postage charges.
You can return the item if you wish, but we do not pay for return postage. You are welcome to keep the item, if it was sent to you by mail.
You can visit our showroom in Clifton Hill or market stall to exchange the item and choose an alternative. Please contact us to arrange this option.
