This is a Large Herkimer Diamond Quartz at 160g in weight. Herkimer Diamond is a rare form of Quartz, found only in Herkimer, New York. Herkimer Diamond Quartz has an extremely high transparency and vibrational energy. These crystals are the most powerful of all Quartz crystals.
Herkimer Diamonds are short and stubby and are mostly double terminated. Some are exceptionally transparent. They can also contain rainbow inclusions, enhydro bubbles or yellow/black hydrocarbon impurities. These impurities are UV reactive and fluorescent.
