Charoite is a widely diverse mineral, containing potassium, sodium, calcium, barium, strontium, oxygen, silicon, and hydrogen. Its wide variation owes to its complex formation resulting from an igneous intrusion near a limestone deposit. It is formed of fibrous interlocking crystal masses. These are mottled, veined or swirled. Charoite has a remarkably high energy vibration.
