This unusual crystal has an interesting feature. if you look through the Clear Calcite cap you can see the lower external rough Mica-rich layer extends upwards, under this cap. The underlying crystal with the rough layer formed first and then was partially overgrown by this Calcite cap crystal. There is also a Green Tourmaline crystal.
