This Golden Prehnite 3/4 crystals selection weighs 5-6g. Prehnite is a calcium aluminium silicate hydroxide. It usually forms in massive, botryoidal, granular or stalactite habits. It also rarely forms as prismatic, pyramidal or tabular crystals. Prehnite commonly occurs with intergrowths of Epidote. Prehnite it translucent to transparent with a vitreous, waxy or pearly lustre.
